The Global eCommerce Team is made of 3 Scrum Teams: Tassimo, l’OR and Center of Excellence. In such new work streams, Category Management is representative in each team.
The goal of this role is to deliver full Category Management for the category, including brewers, across Direct to Consumer channel; deliver business targets and enable perfect execution of eShop and Category strategy in Markets by building and sharing guidance/toolkits and best practices.
We are looking for a Global E-Commerce Specialist for both Tassimo and l'OR teams.
As Global e-commerce Category Specialist at JDE, you will be responsible for:
Optimization of the assortment and perfect execution of product launches
Coordinate execution of promotional calendar for more than 12 markets
Define a promotion testing strategy with CRO
Provide promotion Analysis with support of BI department
Ensure volume availability with forecast management in close relationship with Supply Chain
Weekly catch ups with key markets to align on promotions, new ideas, assortment, local market activities, share and track results. Guidance local markets in digital mindset.
Optimization of the merchandising strategy together with CRO and content.

For this role as a Global e-commerce Category Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
More than 2-3 years of category management experience in eCommerce / DTC/ Digital FMCG environment
Promotion management, analysis and forecasting experience
Magento and SalesForce platform experience is a plus
Experience from agile team set-up is a plus
Demonstrates confident, relaxed, interpersonal and conversational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and coordination
The ability to think and act as an entrepreneur
The ability to connect & follow through with markets having different cultures
A creative mind
The ability to speak and write English on a professional level
