    Global Change and Implementation Specialist - Central Partner Services

    Global Change and Implementation Specialist:

    As a Global Change and Implementation Specialist you will sit across multiple complex, cross-functional, strategic and commercially important change projects. You will partner with senior level change owners, and have the responsibility of creating appropriate and tailored change and communication strategies and plans in order to land the changes successfully. This role is one with full autonomy over the end to end delivery. The changes have a global scope and impact c.15,000 LPS employees.

    In order to achieve this successfully, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of central and regional / local stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning from planning and advising project teams on timing and impact, to ensuring aftercare and the change satisfaction for LPS.

    Coach and educate central stakeholders in the importance of change management and the value you can bring. Partner and coach regional stakeholders in how to land change in their regions, advising on how to overcome barriers, change resistance and make continuous improvements.

    Driving internal improvement action plans for the Global Change and Implementation Team will be an additional and important focus.

    What you'll do:

    • Drive changes to meet organizational strategic goals through effective management of change.
    • Design and execute global initiatives/changes autonomously and independently with minimal close management from the Senior Change and Implementation Specialist.
    • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of change and minimize resistance.
    • Work across silos across all of central booking teams, and establish ways of engaging LPS in order for disparate changes to come together and make sense to the end user
    • Understand Booking.com partner facing products and comfortable with how LPS works in order to be able to understand the impact of changes on the operation
    • Build consensus around best practices in change management.
    • Continuously drive initiatives to improve the change and implementation processes for the team.
    • Excellent stakeholder management of diverse stakeholders with differing priorities and styles, and comfortable with managing challenging situations.
    • Collaborate with regional stakeholders in order to ensure the best change experience for LPS, coaching regional teams in the best approaches for landing changes in their regions.
    • Monitor and design aftercare/follow up plans to further support successful adoption/landing of the change.
    • Able to assimilate a lot of information whilst cutting through the volume and complexity in order to focus on the priorities.
    • Effective and top quality time and workload management skills, due to the volume and complexity of projects that will be assigned to this role

    Who you are and what you have done:

    • 3-5 years experience in the following areas: Change Management, Project management, Implementation management in an Operational environment
    • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Excellent influencer with the ability to identify and lead stakeholder groups
    • Expert organizational, interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
    • Understand our Booking.com partner facing products
    • Comfortable with how LPS works and able to understand the impact of changes on the operation
    • Ability to support/coach their fellow team members on successful execution of changes
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
    • Ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment; willing to roll up one’s sleeves and get work done.
