We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and diligent person who’ll support our various future talent recruitment initiatives which include for instance the intern program, our apprenticeship program and outreach activities.
If you join our team for an internship, you'll be part of a small team that plays a pivotal role in building Tesla’s future talent pipeline in EMEA. In this role you will be part of the Future Talent Recruitment team and collaborate closely with our first-class recruitment team which shares the common goal of building the best team for Tesla.
Understand the importance of early talent programs for an international company like Tesla.
Learn about stakeholder management and how to develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience.
Accompany intern or apprentice candidates end-to-end through the recruitment process at Tesla.
Develop project management skills.
Build recruitment skills and learn to use an applicant tracking system.
Support our various campus recruitment initiatives which include for instance the intern program, our apprenticeship program and outreach activities.
A burning desire to work for the most innovative company on the planet and to change the foreseeable future of both the automotive and energy industries.
Bachelor or Master degree in progress - must be enrolled at university for the full duration of the internship.
Previous internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing or Sales is beneficial.
Excellent stakeholder management.
Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change.
Excellent written and spoken English in addition to ideally good language skills in another European language such as French, Norwegian or Swedish.
