What you will be doing in this role:
As a Front Office Assistant you ensure that all people visiting the Azerion HQ are provided with an excellent experience. You make this happen by welcoming the people when entering the office, ensuring that they are properly informed about their appointment or visit, inform about safety guidelines and ensure these are followed closely and provide visitors the support they might need to have a pleasant and professional visit. Next to that you support the Office & Facility team with their day-to-day tasks.
About the team
You will be part of the Office & Facility team which consist of the Head of Facility & Office and two F&B Managers. Together you take care of all people within the Azerion HQ by offering a high level of service.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcoming all people visiting Azerion HQ.
Handling incoming and outgoing communication (telephone, email, post/courier service).
Guide external people that have an appointment to ensure a pleasant visit.
Support with office supply management.
Coordinate parking for employees and external people.
Act as a main point of contact for office and facility (related) questions.
Support the Personal Assistant to the board with various tasks, such as booking flights hotels, ordering lunches, dinner, etc.
Signal, report and solve (connect with the responsible person) office or facility related issues, such as a broken light bulb.
What you can bring to the table:
Experience as receptionist within an international company. +
Available during office hours.
Excellent Dutch and English speaking/writing skills.
Representative, warm and professional personality.
Experience with Office and Google systems.
