    Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

    Job description

    Chiropractie Centraal is a young and fast-growing healthcare company where the client is central. The goal for 2021 is to open multiple practices throughout the Netherlands. That is why we are looking to expand and strengthen our administrative / Front Desk team. We are a diverse international company offering high quality chiropractic care with an eye to service to our clients. We genuinely care about our clients, their health and their progress through the chiropractic adjustments. We actively measure their results and satisfaction and based on their feedback we make adjustments if, when and where we can. This has ensured that we have a measured patient satisfaction of 98-100%.

    Description vacancy

    • Administrative tasks such as scheduling (follow-up) appointments;
    • Helping clients in the practice / on the phone / via the website for all their questions and concerns;
    • Light financial tasks such as paying for treatments and closing the day;
    • Light interpretation tasks (English / Dutch) if necessary for client and chiropractor;
    • Any other duties in consultation with the Front Desk Supervisor or Practice Manager.

    Extra information

    • A gross hourly wage of € 11.00;
    • Travel allowance;
    • Intensive training of 2 weeks to be properly trained at the main location in Rotterdam (paid);
    • 0-hour contract for 6 months with a view to extensions in case of good performance;

    • You are motivated to get started right away;

    • You are available per week for approximately 0-12 hours (also on Saturdays);
    • Strong empathy;
    • You have experience in a customer service related job;
    • You are energetic, spontaneous and speak clear and correct Dutch;
    • You speak and understand English well;
    • You are reliable and work discreetly (in accordance with the GDPR);
    • You mainly work in the Almere office, but you are prepared to also work in the Amsterdam office if necessary due to illness or holidays, etc.
