Whom will you be working for?
It's that one company which isn't only known for their furniture but also for their Swedish meatballs!
Where will you be working?
That's completely up to you! You can choose whether you will be working from home or in the office in Zoetermeer!
What will be expected of you?
As a French-speaking customer support agent, you of course need to speak French at a minimum B2 level! Other than that, you will be the person who knows exactly what to do as soon as someone phones and states that they are missing a screw for the new cupboard which they purchased. Furthermore, you will know exactly from which sustainable material the bedsheets are made. You will even know what to do when one of the kitchen cupboards is a bit slanted. In other words, you will be the one to call with all our questions regarding the products offered and the assembly of them! Of course, you will also know all the ins and outs about warranties, which store is closest to the person calling and deliveries. To sum it all you, you will be a customer support legend!
Opening hours: Monday-Saturday between 8:00 and 18:00
Flexible working hours: 20-24, 20-28, 24-32, 28-36 and 32-40
One week of online training, in French!
You will be able to work from home or in the office in Zoetermeer
Hourly wage: 12,50 euros per hour!
