    FP&A Manager

    FP&A Manager

    As an FP&A Manager / Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will interact with the countries commercial leaders and show the ability to provide decision support on key investments opportunities as well as drive revenue growth and profitability of the commercial region.

    In this role

    Provide consistent, accurate, timely and relevant analyses to the commercial leaders and finance organization.
    Develop revenue/expense analyses, reports and presentations; present to senior management as required.
    Support business decisions including analysis for marketing programs, sales force expansions, price increase implications etc.
    Play a key role in building the Strategic Planning together with the commercial leaders and other supporting functions.
    Lead the budget and forecast processes for the countries supported from financial perspective.
    Participate in, and may lead aspects of, the monthly close process which includes reconciliation of internal accounts, comparing actual performance to latest financial outlook, preparing revenue and expense accruals, and reviewing accuracy of revenue, gross margin and expense information.

    What you will need to succeed

    Work cross-functionally throughout the organization, serving as the primary financial contact if applicable.
    The ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
    Special project support where often the team member is the primary financial contact.
    Identify and implement processes to monitor both financial and non-financial measures.
    Work with multiple systems including SAP, Workday, SAP BPC and Business Objects for use in information retrieval and analyses. SFDC is an advantage.
    Fluency in English and German
    Identify and implement processes and improvements in planning, analysis and reporting. This includes leveraging information technology to automate, streamline, and integrate processes.
    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business concentration.
    Strong analytical ability.
    Demonstrated problem solving skills.
    Agility and ability to adapt to changing environment in a very dynamic organization
    Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    Managerial experience will be a plus.
    Ability to present complex business ideas – including proper financial modelling and ability to explain to non-finance folks.
    Ability to work independently but in the same time as part of a team with a joined goal.
    Solid MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
    SAP BPC and business objects experience preferred
