    Job Description

    The key responsibilities of this role will be to work with the senior members of the team on banking & finance matters. The team is split into two parts, a Dutch team and a non-Dutch team. Your role will be within the non-Dutch team with a focus on the cross-border, international matters.

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate for this position will be an England & Wales qualified banking & finance lawyer with at least one years worth of post-qualified experience. Failing England & Wales qualification, you must either be a NZ, Australian, Scottish or South African qualified lawyer. Furthermore, a solid academic background will aid your candidacy.

    You will have a solid background in banking and finance matters with the ambition to work on a variety of transactions, probably gained at a firm with a highly regarded profile.
