This helps us best reflect and serve our customers.

So if you're keen to join a caring, fun and energetic team, look no further!

    We need you!

For our young and passionate logistics team, we are looking for a Fleet Data Analyst intern starting in August - to be based in our office in Nieuwegein. Reporting to the Head of Fleet, the Fleet Data Analyst will support the team with various kinds of in-depth analyses, understand our tools and data availability, and build insights on our processes. Eventually, you will act as the team's main point of contact - in the field of data - for all topics ranging from van purchasing to the optimisation of repair processes.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Deep dive into all fleet-related data structures, understand our tools and data availability and build insights on our processes
    • Develop other key metrics/performance indicators and provide reports to evaluate overall performance
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that will help us continuously improve our damage statistics and operations
    • Help us build and drive forward our fleet data analytics roadmap
    • Champion the team's enthusiasm for being data-driven, drive fleet-related data governance, and ensure adherence to best practices and knowledge sharing
    • Coordinate with other functions on data needs and ad-hoc analyses
    • Assist with a weekly and monthly gap analysis on business performance towards the achievement of previously set objectives
    • Support management in identifying cost drivers, issue root causes and appropriate improvements/resolutions
    • Solve problems on-the-go in a fast-paced environment

Are you our perfect new colleague?

You have between 0-2 years of experience in analytical work, preferably within the Logistics sector. Figures hold no secrets for you, and you can easily translate data into graphs and overviews. You can also draw conclusions and help the team improve with your insights. You learn quickly, think analytically and adapt easily in a dynamic environment. Work and time pressure have little effect on you. Next to that - you are:

    • Data-driven – You can organize, explore, and synthesize unstructured data into actionable insights to better inform operational decision-making
    • You have experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems
    • Experience connecting to various data sources, exploring, combining data and creating reports
    • Advanced level in Excel and Google Sheets
    • Understanding SQL is a plus
    • A proactive mindset, always looking to improve processes and productivity
    • Fluent in Dutch and English

    What do we offer you?

    • Make a serious impact on the growth of HelloFresh
    • A lot of learning and development opportunities within a young and dynamic e-commerce company
    • Freedom of idea and initiative, execution and implementation of your own ideas and initiatives
    • You can make use of the company benefits, which is the current situation means boot camp sessions in the park, virtual meditations and online pub quizzes and game nights with colleagues
    • Next, to that, you also get a discount on the HelloFresh box
    • And of course, you'll earn a compensation of 500 EUR gross per month, based on a 40-hour workweek.
