    Finnish speaking intern wanted (E-commerce, marketing, sales and CRM)

    Who are we?

    We are LumenXL, a growing company in the competitive LED lights market. We have a solid, growing customer base in the Netherlands and Belgium and we have recently expanded our market to Germany and France. In the next few months, we are planning to expand to Finland as well.

    We are currently looking for an intern who is either a native or high level Finnish speaker. At LumenXL you will get the opportunity to gain first hand knowledge and practical experience. During this internship you will have the opportunity to get a full understanding of every aspect of a growing dynamic organization. Your tasks will vary from market research, generation of leads, performing administrative tasks in the office and various marketing and sales activities.

We will give you the opportunity and the tools to gain experience in the working field and to improve your hard skills.

    What your job entails:

    • Your role as an intern at LumenXL is broad. You are responsible for all webshop related tasks in Finland for our E-Commerce customers. You will manage inquiries, process orders and handle complaints. At the same time you will keep the responsible departments updated.
    • Responsible for all all queries received via phone and via the webshop contact form i.e.: updating order statuses and returns, responding to availability queries and supporting with webshop functionality and optimalization.
    • Responsible for helping us gather useful market information for our products in Finland: which companies are selling similar products (who are the competitors)?, what are the prices (B2C and B2B)?, what are the delivery times these companies offer?
    • Generate an overview of digital sales channels we can use in your respective country, and help us improve our current strategy. This will involve some digital marketing and data input.
    • Check our website in your native language for any mistakes, to further optimize it.
    • Generate a list with leads of companies working with our products in the market of your respective country;
    • Help us define a list of keywords for our products in your native language;
    • Administrative tasks;
    • Help us to optimize Google Ads campaigns in your native language (optional);
    • Help us develop email templates in your native language (optional);
    • Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with these tasks. We can train you. Your mindset is most important to us.
