    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    We are looking for an energetic individual who will support in leading the overall financial performance of Nike EMEA Operating Overheads (OOH). You will be responsible for the OOH financial planning, reporting and business partnering for some of our Nike EMEA Countries. The role is based in our European Headquarters in the north of Holland and sits within the EMEA OOH Planning team.     WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

    You will be supporting business partners [incl Senior Director/Vice Presidents] in managing their cost base and performance against budget, whilst partnering with them to support achievement of future business and financial objectives through provision of key financial insights. You will be responsible for the monthly country/territory OOH month-end process including landing estimates, variance analysis, building and loading forecasts, and preparation and presentation of monthly VP reporting packages. In this role, partnering with the Human Resources Team is crucial, to ensure accurate planning of a dynamic organization, providing key insights to support decision making. You will also support annual planning cycles by modeling and forecasting OOH costs through tight alignment with business partners and a keen eye on cost drivers. Lastly, you are responsible to build the outstanding approach to OOH reporting and analysis.

    WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

    You will be reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst Country OOH, and closely working with other members of the broader Strategic Investment team. You will collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and the HR Operations team, and build a network of partners across the Finance Operations, Portfolio Management and Controlling teams. You'll be the financial point person for our Country business partners.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, financial planning and budgeting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
    • Ability to deliver results against timelines, plus capability to navigate large amount of information whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
    • Great teammate with positive energy, confidence, integrity and passion for the Brand
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, specialist Excel user preferred
    • Experience with SAP (COPA, BW, ECCS) or other BI tools is preferred
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
    • Knowledge of other European languages beneficial
