Finance Process Analyst - Robotic Process Automation
As a Finance Process Analyst - Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define and recommend RPA approach and develop RPA’s within our global finance team.
The Process Management Organization (PMO) supports the overall Global Shared Services and Accounting teams. Together with enthusiastic business users and IT developers, we are establishing an RPA center of excellence that automates finance processes through building robots.
Our current RPA infrastructure utilizes UiPath in a cloud structure and we are looking to expand from current attended bots to more unattended bots and address the many ideas and opportunities for automation.
In this role:
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to identify business opportunities to increase usability and efficiency by deploying RPA.
You will also evaluate and analyze requests and financial processes to determine which form of automation would be best for the process.
You will build robots with a view to reusability and modular building blocks so that the development of robots becomes more efficient.
You will document robots according to the guidelines and contributing to the development of these guidelines.
You will assist and lead projects.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
BSc or MSc degree and experience in financial processes and technology (or software development).
You have experience with Uipath RPA implementation (beyond POC).
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are good at building relationships, leading, and influencing without authority.
You are a strong communicator both in writing and verbally.
You are a self-starter and can work in a virtual team and independently.
Understanding of .Net, VBA, C # is a big advantage.
Experience of working with or within a Finance organization is an advantage.
