This position will report to the Sales Manager. (In case of absence of Sales Manager, this position will report to the General Manager directly)
The core duties of the Business Development Specialist are to identify, design and execute plans that help the company’s business grow as well as develop new products, services and lines of businesses to increase and sustain that growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing various financial reports and management reports.
Acting as business partner, analyze performance of various business units based on financial data.
Monitoring risks of AR, exchange rates as well as internal controls on process.
Overseeing and preparing income statements.
Participating in budgeting processes.
Managing financial transactions.
Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
Operational costs control and office management
Coordinating audit processes.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
Proven experience in finance management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills and solid auditing knowledge.
Experience in logistics industry is a plus.
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
Proficiency in accounting software.
