We are looking for an energetic person who can support the business by running a smooth administration. You will support both our Finance and HR team, very important departments to make sure our business can run as it should be!
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring that all invoices are booked and paid on time. This is a crucial role and reliability, precision and diligence are primordial. Basic understanding of accounting principles or eagerness to learn are required.
AP/AR; supplier/customer account management
Contact with our external accounting firm
Contract management & negotiation
Ad Hoc cross-functional projects
Bridge the gaps
Reporting into the HR Manager, you are making sure our employees are administratively correctly on- and off-boarded and have all the information they need to freshly start or leave the company. Also, you are responsible for managing the external payroll company by delivering all necessary monthly mutations. Making sure that all employee records are correct and up-to-date is your second nature.
General tasks, but not limited to:
Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare, update and maintain employee records
Manage absenteeism, holiday administration and employee declarations
Monthly payroll coordination
Employee data reporting
What are we looking for?
Some experience in an HR and / or Finance admin role is a plus
Some experience with payroll and IND matters (30% tax ruling) is a plus
A self starter who can work very independently
Someone with a flexible attitude and capable of organizing and prioritizing
Reliable and with an eye for details
Great interest in working in an international and fast growing environment
Dutch and English proficiency
Someone who is ambitious to grow and to wants to add value to the team
A full time position (40 hours per week)
