• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative area or other degree with equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, and at least 2 years of experience in performing financial and ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel.

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join the exciting world of Amazon WW Real Estate Finance in our EU headquarters. In this position, you will create, develop and implement uniform investment and finance analysis standards for Amazon Real Estate projects, provide guidance to the Business and Finance partners from multiple Amazon businesses on analyzing investment projects, collaborate in establishing Amazon worldwide financing strategy for investment projects. This role will have heavy impact and high visibility to essential, business-critical processes, and will require interactions with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for creation of master financial models, tools and frameworks, assessing alternative financing options and providing thorough data-driven recommendations. You will leverage your educational and applied work experience to direct initiatives to recognize and define opportunities in multiple Amazon businesses

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote standardization and alignment of best financial analysis practices across WW Operations businesses
• Provide financial analysis, ROI and NPV models for Real Estate and Construction projects, with a focus on unique and complicated cases we could have in Amazon worldwide
• Direct the implementation of early financial analysis for Real Estate projects, with customization based on specifics of different businesses under WW Operations umbrella
• Work with internal stakeholders and business leaders on preparing and implementing recommendations for improvements to analysis
• Collaborate with WW Treasury on a strategy on financing the Amazon Real Estate portfolio expansion, and support execution of this strategy with regional Finance and Business teams

The suitable candidate will have a proven ability in providing data-driven decision making and analysis as well as thinking strategically in a fast-changing environment.

• Good operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders
• CFA (Level I or more advanced)
• Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions.
• Comfort with working in an ambiguous environment.
