What are your tasks?
As a Finance Administrator based at our head office in Arnhem, close to the city center and within reach of public transport, you will be responsible for the accounting activities for our offices worldwide. Since you will be working on financial administration activities in a small team, but with a worldwide span, your tasks will be very diverse.
You will work on the daily administration, the monthly closing, and the processing of contracts regarding the invoice processes and other different tasks such as:
Taking care of accounts receivable/payable;
Preparing VAT and Intra-Communication Transactions declarations;
Reviewing ledger mutations and starting up rectification procedures;
Providing figures for the monthly reports;
Accurately, timely and correctly booking and activating investments;
Taking responsibility for guaranteeing the full coordination of all balance accounts;
Assisting in the coordination of internal and external audits;
Improving the Planning & Control cycle.
As a Finance Administrator, you are a part of the Finance & Control team and you will report to the Finance Manager.

Relevant education or degree on bachelor level;
Experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of and experience in the Dutch Accounting principles;
Knowledge of IT systems (preferably Exact Online, Basecone, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and
Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
