As a Finance & Administration Employee, you are part of our finance team and your responsibilities include ensuring that our books are up to date at all times and providing various clear (financial) reports. It is a diverse and independent position in which you work closely with our CFO and CEO.
The role of Finance & Administration Employee:
Independently and correctly entering bookings in Exact online and checking the books in accordance with instructions.
Supporting the CFO in the delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Collecting and passing on bookkeeping data for our accountant Mazars
Making proposals for the improvement of business operations.
Performing (cost) analyses and helping to set up business and cash planning.
You will be able to solve problems and consider issues from another perspective (out of the box thinking).
What we require:
Higher or secondary level (WO or HBO) intellectual capacity, with a good feeling for figures and the ability to understand and analyse them.
Extensive knowledge and experience of bookkeeping, Exact online and experience with the production module is a plus.
Team player: understands what is important for other disciplines and acts accordingly.
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Words, etc.).
Fluent in English and good command of Dutch.

This is a full-time position for 40 hours a week. The salary indication is around €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week. Salary grading is based on education, experience and proven competencies.
