For our Head Office we are looking for an experienced Field Visual Merchandiser for our beautiful North region. We are looking for someone to start end of November/beginning of December (potentially earlier) for the period of 4 months. Our Field VM is the gatekeeper of the execution of the brand vm. Responsible for the development of VM through onsite trainings and structured communication with the VMA. Developing the skills of the VMA in implementing the right product placement within the Scotch VM DNA and Scotch trends, in combination with the right detailing that we as a brand draw so much attention to, will help contribute to the best customer experience.
What will you do?
Participating in the development of the VMA to inspire customers, improve sales results and help further emphasise the distinctive qualities of Scotch through Visual Merchandising.
Responsible for the correct implementation and execution of the visual merchandising of our own stores and wholesale accounts in your region.
Responsible of the visual merchandising of the tradeshows and additional activations in line with Scotch VM standards in your region.
Responsible for the appearance of the shop windows.
Works closely with the country VM managers/ coordinator, Area manager, FH, VMA.
Responsible for the development of the VMA through on site trainings and structured communication with the store, VMA and FH.
Responsible for the development of seasonal VM trainings sessions.

You are genuinely interested in product placement and visual merchandising, what makes customers choose products based on how they are presented. Furthermore:
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Aware of the latest trends and developments in Fashion.
Extensive affinity for fashion.
A visual Merchandise degree or fashion degree.
Proven experience in a similar position at a fashion-oriented organisation in Field management and/ or a high volume/ fast paced flagship location.
Independence and the ability to be a team player.
Training, Coordinative and organizational skills.

Ambition and enthusiastic.
A strong aesthetics sense, an eye for detail and a perfectionist mindset.
