    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    Provide the best in class customer service to our customers by using your strong technical and good communication skills! As part of the Service Engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach, which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.

    You are responsible for

    • Installing Philips Health Systems according standards with respect to quality and installation time.

    • Performing planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and compliant with the Philips quality standards.

    • Performing corrective maintenance in a compliant way, making use, if necessary, of the modality team and the technical support structure .

    • Supporting and participate the Remote Service Center when needed.

    • Playing an instrumental role in the customer journey and experience and being actively involved in all aspects of the 8 customer needs in balance with our main KPI's.

    • Being aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads. Actively promote and share the lifecycle solutions program and do recommendations to commercial colleagues and management in the district.

    • Submitting timely and accurate service data, job sheets, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned.

    • Being a brand ambassador for Philips Health Systems in appearance and behavior in accordance with Philips policy.

    • Consignment duty and/or service duty outside office hours if applicable.

    • Engaging in required product and quality trainings locally or abroad.

    You are a part of

    Philips Health Systems Benelux is a sales and service organization with roughly 350 employees. 250 of those 400 are active in the Customer Services domain. The Customer Services departments are responsible for servicing the Philips imaging and IT equipment installed at customers in the Benelux (mainly hospitals). Training customers to optimally utilize the equipment is also part of the responsibilities of the HC Benelux organization. The Benelux organization is divided in four geographical districts which are each responsible for all sales and services activities of the total Philips Health Systems portfolio in their respective Districts. You will be a part of a team of 20 professional field service engineers active in the Netherlands.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Vocational Education or Higher Vocational Education Electronics/IT (MBO Elektrotechniek)

    • >3 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems

    • Preferably demonstrable relevant experience in Ultrasound

    • Preferably demonstrable relevant experience in DICOM connectivity

    • Fluent in Dutch and English languages

    • Eagerness to deliver results and high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal external

    • "Can do” mentality and pro-active with a positive, open attitude

    • Open-minded and constructive in the changing environment in Healthcare

    • Excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to engage with customers in a professional environment

    • Able to work independently and know how to team up with colleagues when needed

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Region: Utrecht / Arnhem / Eindhoven (but willing to travel in whole of The Netherlands)
