At the moment we are looking for a talented and highly driven Field Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the role:
The goal of this exciting position is to develop and execute achieving sales quota and further develop the existing accounts. You will be responsible for the management of the Sales team, as well as develop sales strategy, activities, and customer projects.
Analyze and understand customer insights/ needs, translating to optimal solutions;
Initiate & develop concepts to improve health care, events & actively apply selling skills in approach;
Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Co-ordinate work and coach Key Account Managers across the Netherlands and support their needs while being in the field and alongside your team;
Develop tactical & strategic market approach;
Establish own network of KOL and other stakeholders;
Initiate & develop (educational) projects, concepts, congresses/ symposia/ events to improve access to & quality of health care;
Primary contact for Sales Manager and Marketing department;
Strong commercial acumen
5 Years proven sales success within the medical devices industry for example in vascular or cardiovascular or similar
Fluency in Dutch with strong proficiency in spoken & written English.
Previous successful experience in managing/ coaching a team
Degree in Business, Life-sciences, Business Administration, or other relevant, advanced degree
Competent in Microsoft Office and preferable knowledge of CRM Systems
Presentation skills with modern presentation media
Team-working: demonstrate the ability to interact and collaborate with other team members in order to foster a positive, success-driven team spirit and entrepreneurial culture within the company. Proven track record with coaching a team in dynamic environment.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Customer focus: keep the customer’s needs at the center of all planning activities, encourage communication, drive execution, and foster innovation, as a means of providing a best-in-class service.
Problem solving: collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
