As F&B Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations and you will manage your team. The location has multiple outlets, under which a restaurant and an espresso-bar.

Responsibilities F&B Manager - Corporate Catering
We are looking for a strong F&B Manager. Your resposibilities include:
Being the face and personality of the location towards the client;
Manage procedures and brand standards (environmental, food law, HACCP);
Efficient planning in terms of budgetting and forecasting;
Provide effective leadership towards the team;
Achieving targets and KPI's in cooperation with the team.
Requirements F&B Manager - Corporate Catering
As F&B Manager you can identify yourself with the following:
Education in Hospitality and/or catering related;
Experience in the high-end hotel industry (F&B);
Focussed on guest service and high expectations;
Commercially and financially strong;
Able to communicate in English (Dutch is preferred, but not necessary).
The offer F&B Manager - Corporate Catering
In the position of General Manager there is a salary indication of €2800- €3000 gross per month. Furthermore, the organisation offers growth opportunities and pays attention to Learning & Development. Courses and trainings are offered in-house.
