    Facilities Coordinator
    We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator for our Integrated Facilities Management business line.

    What this job involves
    To manage the facilities function and the facilities environment and ensure the continuance of client business within the client Netherlands sites. Supporting and assisting the Regional Facilities Manager in continuance of delivery at the client Belgium sites.
    To establish and maintain the Annual Facilities Management budget
    Budget established annually and agreed
    Financial processes in placeTo deliver agreed levels of Customer Service

    Customer Service standards and KPI’s met/maintained
    SLAs agreed, operated within and monitored
    Communication schedule for customer maintained
    Reports delivered on time in agreed formatTo manage development effectively

    Training plan in place continuously monitored and up to date
    Organisation and succession plan in placeTo ensure compliance with EHS regulations locally

    EHS Procedures understood, established for sites and maintained
    EHS training up to date and appropriate
    EHS reports compiled
    ATEX codes and guidelines
    Some examples: OP Fire alarm, Steam qualification, VCAFlexibility and Responsiveness

    Respond to emergencies outside normal working hours from time to timeTechnical Engineering

    Develop and oversee maintenance plan for client Netherlands facilities and facilities-side production supporting plant
    Operate facilities-side production supporting plant
    Maintain uptime on facilities-side production supporting plantBelgium

    Provide ad hoc day-to-day support to the Regional Facilities Manager to support the delivery of Facilities Management services in Belgium on the client sites

    Technical

    Minimum trades qualified in an Electrical discipline
    Operational experience in a manufacturing environment
    Operational experience with programmable logic controllers and BMS systems

    Understanding of:
    Vacuum
    Compressed air
    RO and DI Water production
    Process steam
    Electronic and pneumatic controls
    Fire alarm and firefighting systems (FM sprinkler, gas and foam)
    HVAC
    Chillers
    Clean-Room technology
    Nitrogen
    Security systems (burglar alarm, CCTV, access control)
    Catalytic afterburner
    Robot maintenance
    Building and terrain maintenance
    Legionella control
    UPS and Emergency power
    hoisting and lifting equipment
    Management
    Aspiring to be a Facilities Manager
    Previous experience in a Facilities Coordination role, or in a site-based Facilities Management Team
    Some small work project management experience
    Risk assessment and method statement operation
    Qualification

    EHS Training
    Attributes
    Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power point, Word,
    Previous exposure to CAFM and CAD applications
    Ability to read/understand technical drawings
    Fluent English and Dutch (spoken and written), Flemish an advantage
