    Executive secretary

    Your role

    This is an office-based support & administration role for the FLEETCOR. To support the business with a range of responsibilities that enable customer-facing colleagues with appropriate levels of support with duties whilst travelling and away from their office. Additionally – there are other responsibilities related to general Office Management.

    What you'll be doing

    Undertake a range of office support activity including but not exclusively: Diary management, Inbox Management for members of the Leadership team, Meetings organization, including facilities, space and food requirements, Conference and conference call bookings, Travel arrangements (travel assistant on BCD), Some reporting requirements, in conjunction with other areas of FLEETCOR. Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, external agencies, suppliers, professional bodies and business partners. Build knowledge of business structure/key contacts up to parent board in order to deliver a smooth administration service. Contribute and commit to creating a personal development plan that addresses all training and development needs to deliver key responsibilities and career aspirations. On boarding and pensions meetings & HR support as required. Stationery ordering & meeting room stock/maintenance including business cards and specialist envelopes through CDP & headsets. Building & facilities management including managing the relationship with building landlord. Reporting of defects and management of repairs. Executive expenses completion as required. Social Committee, event management and organisation. Management of contracts including stationery, coffee machines etc. Other duties from time to time as directed.
