    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    We have been growing rapidly in the last few years and we still don’t feel like stopping. The role of the CEO will be crucial to prepare us for our European expansion and the challenges coming along with it. And you will work with them to make sure that it will happen in the most organized and efficient way possible.

    You will represent our CEO internally and externally while enjoying a broad variety of tasks. Be ready for organising complex key meetings with other C-levels, top-notch internal communication or supporting employee engagement across the whole organisation. You will get all of this together with a fast-paced environment where we value teamwork, proactivity and new ideas, but most of all authenticity.

    What you'll be doing

    • Manage day to day schedules in such a way that the CEO is able to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way;
    • Updating their mailbox, answering emails on behalf of the CEO, maintaining internal communication and prioritizing emails;
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, offsite meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc;
    • Proactively manage complex calendar priorities based on external meetings, fiscal calendars, current projects and individual needs;
    • Book appropriate domestic and international travel, taking into account travel Visas, costs and proper documentation;
    • Prepare meeting agendas, circulate minutes and actions;
    • Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and coordination of other business related meetings as requested.
    • Support employee engagement activities which includes but not limited to swag & gifting, All Hands meetings, team dinners.
    • Other administrative and project duties as requested.

    What you have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience within a fast-paced, growing office environment, tech/startup preferred;
    • Skillful execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process;
    • Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings and tools e.g., GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Google Hangouts, Zoom and conference calls.
    • Strong teamwork skills; and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
    • Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, mail and calendaring skills (Gmail and Google Calendar experience a plus).
    • Excellent judgment, and respect for confidentiality and ethics.
    • Tech savvy, comfortable communicating virtually and learning new office tools (especially Google Apps like Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets and Slack).
    • Strong oral and written communication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
    • Very strong technical competency, specifically with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of applicable education, training and experience will be considered.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English.Because of the current circumstances, we will interview you as well as hire you completely remotely.
    You will start working remotely, but as soon as possible, you will continue your work at our office in the heart of Amsterdam.
