As an Executive Assistant you will provide high-level executive administrative support to our Chief Compliance and our Global Compliance team. IDEXX is seeking an organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant to assist in a Compliance and Legal function. You will support the Senior Director, Chief Compliance Officer and will be working virtually.
This is a temporary 5-month contract for 32 hours a week.
In this role:
You will manage agenda’s, schedule and organize meetings and teleconferences for the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance team
Your day-to-day will include supporting training scheduling, administrative work, any team activity, any ad-hoc project and any other business that may require support
You’ll partner with the Compliance and Legal wider team
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
You will act as a point of contact for Legal and Compliance department and provide Ad-hoc support where needed (Hoofddorp, Europe Headquarter)
You will partner with a highly collaborative team among the Legal, Compliance & Hoofddorp-based executive assistants
What you will need to succeed:
You work with discretion, consistently maintaining confidentiality, managing sensitive and proprietary information
You are a good communicator, both written and verbal
You have excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a diverse group of people, including
Ideally, you have 5+ years of related administrative, secretarial or office experience supporting executive or higher-level management.
You have excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; excellent attention to detail, time management, customer service and problem-solving
You are a self-starter results-oriented with demonstrated ability to finish projects, meet deadlines
You have an associate’s degree in Business or related field, plus training in administration or office management.
Your skillset includes MS Outlook, Teams, Sharepoints, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video conferencing tools and knowledge of standard office procedures, practices, and equipment
