Provide executive support to the Chief Medical Officer.
You are responsible for
Ensure effective running of the daily activities of the Chief Medical Officer
Provide full secretarial support, including mail and calendar management, meeting preparations, expense claims and visa/travel arrangements;
Plan and organize regular MT meetings, including logistical preparations as well annual planning, in close cooperation with the global team;
Plan and organize customer visits (#customerfirst) globally;
Provide administrative support for preparations for his meetings with the CISO, MT, and all of his extra-curricular involvements or otherwise;
Connect with the various teams and identify where extra attention is needed and follow up;
Be the linking pin between internal and external business relations, and the various teams
Regular meetings with Comms to prepare presentations, speeches etc.
Required skills and experience to succeed in this role
At least 7 years’ experience;
Flexible (switch between internal and external environment), able to multitask and work with deadlines;
Pro-active and enthusiastic, able to take the initiative, anticipate and react as necessary, and knowing how to set priorities;
Experienced in an international environment, in particular in a matrix organization.
Creative and constructive, and focused on solutions
Naturally assertive with strong communication, organization and planning skills.
Able to communicate both in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written skills;
Able to make own decisions;
Both a team-player and an independent worker, easily connecting to others;
Very discrete, structured and accurate;
Knowledge of the medical, academic and scientific world is preferred.
