    Our client is a global marketing, distribution and project development company.

    Job Description

    • Administrative support:
      • Manage complex agenda and travel arrangements
      • Handling administrative activities such as travel plans and coordinating meetings for the VP
      • Organize and coordinate meetings/conferences/events
      • Follow up on action items and be able to anticipate ahead
      • Follow up on actions with internal stakeholders
      • Manage expenses
      • Write and draft letters and meeting follow up documents
      • Communicate with senior executives and executive PA's to arrange meetings and follow ups
    • Sourcing/commercial activities:
      • Maintain purchasing spreadsheets and update regularly
      • Basic data analysis and work with business analyst to get information as requested and interpreted
      • Work on development of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
      • Engage with suppliers to advance opportunity pipeline as requested by VP
      • Ensure Sourcing Opportunity Pipeline is updated, and project status is correct and new task listed
      • Following up on assigned action items from meetings with suppliers
    Engage with other members of the sourcing team and ensure we have proper follow up on requested items

    • > 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
    • Good organization and time management
    • Good administrative skills
    • Good communication skills, written and verbal
    • Fluent in English and Dutch is a must. Command of other languages is a plus
    • Accurate and attention to detail
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
    • Out of the box thinker
    • Strong problem-solving ability
    • High degree of interpersonal skills
    • Enjoys fast paced working conditions
    • Must be available after office hours to respond
    • Strong analytical skills in reviewing data and trends
