    If you are a technical wizard with great people skills who would like to join a team creating state-of-the-art (digital) events, we would love to hear from you. Apply now to become our new Events Communication Coordinator.
    You will be a member of our chapter Digital Solutions & Support. Members of this chapter create digital event journeys, websites, and engagement platforms. Knowing the ins and outs on digital solutions and platforms they realize optimal user experience for our clients as member of the core project team. Additional to event communication, the Event Communication Coordinator will also spend an average of about 20 % on project management. This can vary from assisting project managers to managing (small) projects independently.

    What you will be doing

    • Manage the client’s digital delegates’ journey to achieve the client goals
    • Involvement in all elements of our (digital) events; from digital planning, communication and operations through to client liaison
    • Creating optimal User Experience for users (attendees/presenters/sponsors/guests) attending the event
    • Running and supporting the set-up, rehearsals and live elements of (digital) events
    • Leading digital journey innovation
    • Analyzing effectiveness of digital campaigns
    • Technical guidance for new projects, including supporting decisions on platforms and implementation
    • Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase ROI
    • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
    • Supporting users with technical skills, providing calm, kind and supportive advice to help them to relax and excel during their event participation

    Who you are
    You are a great match if:

    • You are an events professional at heart with a minimum of 2 years experience
    • You have good knowledge of (online and offline) communication campaigns
    • Your English is fluent (speaking and writing)
    • You are very comfortable using and launching a range of platforms and tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, GoToWebinar, BCom, Cvent, Eventsair, Juno, …..
    • You can maintain databases, timelines and priorities set on every event
    • You are calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong eye for detail and able to maintain databases, timelines and priorities set on every event
    • You are comfortable communicating with, and supporting users at all levels to provide technical advice, support and guidance
    • You have good knowledge of registration software and (online and offline) communication campaigns
