As a Event & Training Coordinator, you are tasked in supporting the coordination of all administrative aspects related to medical conference organization. You would also have a hand in organizing trainings for medical professionals. This process would include:
Checking for supply availability and coordinating the transport;
Prepare compliance and letters of agreement;
Work with sales, branding and graphic teams to ensure smooth operations;
Troubleshoot any issues along the way;
For this position, independence and love for challenge is required. In order to succeed, you need to be accurate, detail-oriented and quick on your feet. Most importantly, you should be able to remain calm under pressure and feel comfortable with deadlines. Other requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant field;
1+ years of experience in (large) event coordination;
Professional level of English; Any other European language is an advantage;
Ability to travel occasionally (max. 1 time per week during the busy season);
