About the role
You, as the Europe S&OP Manager, will be responsible for embedding the end to end cross-functional business planning process to ensure that commercial and operational strategies are aligned to support Diageo’s business performance ambition. You wi ll be responsible for leading and driving a collaborative and efficient monthly Integrated Business Pla n ning (IBP)/ OnePlan and Sales and Operations Execution ( S&OE ) process for all markets in Diageo globally , working hand-in-hand with the Global Sales organization. You will also be accountable with the markets/regions for the forecast accuracy and bias performance to achieve agreed upon targets.
You will be responsible for embedding Europe S&OP / OnePlan process across Diageo in collaboration with the Commercial OnePlan team.
Establish roadmap to ensure you achieve maturity objectives, including process, application support tools, policies, and control mechanisms.
Lead the improvement roadmap to advanced process maturity including capability and systems development.
Managing the monthly governance process that tracks progress to plan and identifies corrective actions when necessary by working closely with key stakeholders.
You will implement c onsistent, codified RASCII across IBP and Demand Planning functions to unlock optimal performance .
Defining and embed Europe demand planning process as per global codification and roll out across all markets, segmented by data maturity.
Partnering with Europe Finance to develop valuable insights from the market IBP processes to elevate to Europe exec level .
You will have a critical role within Europe P rocurement C ustomer S ervice and L ogistics function and you will be instrumental in delivering on Diageo’s efficient growth ambition . You will be required to build effective relationships across our end-to-end Supply Chain, finance, commercial and the key market leadership teams to deliver performance. You will transform the way we embed and mature Integrated Business Planning in Diageo .
To be successful in role you should have extensive hand s -on and leadership experience working within progressive positions in Planning with greater focus on Supply, Demand Planning , S&OP and Financial Business Planning management with relevant experience across CPG, F&B industry .
You’ll demonstrate strong personal drive and ability to foster effective working relationships with stakeholders , peers, leaders and bringing leadership and influenc ing skills to fore . It is essential that you have a proven track record in designing, shaping, and implementing Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes at scale and complexity , and deliver ing on the outcomes expected .
You will have d emonstrable good experiential knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management with significant emphasis on strong analytical mindset, being results oriented.
You will understand end-to-end financial implications of demand plans resulting in service to Diageo Customers and inventory performance. The r ole should understand importance and impact of innovation on Revenue , Working Capital, Profit, and customer relationships.
