    Europe HR Assistant

    As the Europe HR Assistant, you will be working directly with and for IDEXX’ European HR Director and the leadership of the different departments within Human Resources. You will be providing executive assistance to a variety of stakeholders on a wide range of topics, working closely together and supporting key-decisionmakers.

    In This Role

    You will work very closely with the European HR Director in an international business environment.
    You will partner up with HR’s different functionalities - People Operations and Payroll, Total Rewards, The HR Business Partners, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
    You will have lots of exposure to the HR organization and be in the center of its functioning.
    You will be working on a wide range of topics.
    You will be responsible for creating reports and analyses in support of decision-making.
    You will be a key driver in ensuring compliance to the annual HR business cycle.
    You will be responsible for coordinating and planning HR Events.
    You will have ownership over a large part of the internal and external HR communications.
    You will adhere to and model the IDEXX Code of Ethics and the IDEXX Purpose & Guiding Principles.

    What You Need to Succeed

    A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR Studies, Employment and/or Labor Law, Organizational Psychology or Business.
    At least two years of relevant working experience.
    Perfect command of the English Language (written and verbal) and an extra European language (preferably French and/or German).
    You have pro-active mindset and an open and honest way of communicating.
    You have a highly organized and efficient way of working with excellent time management skills.
    Reliability, integrity, discretion and confidentiality are essential for this position.
    You are tech savvy and enjoy working with technology, data and Social Media.
    You are a star in Excel and PowerPoint and preferably have (extensive) knowledge of Workday (our HR system).
    Ability to work alone and in a team environment, self-motivating and solutions driven.
    Initiate and coordinate projects and meet deadlines within a changing, fast-paced environment.
    Emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
    High ethical standards.
