    Ethics & Compliance Counsel

    Job Description


    We are seeking a Compliance Counsel to support the management of its Global Ethics and Compliance Program including support of investigations, training, communications, audits, and remediation.



    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Investigations – support compliance investigations and reviews globally, including:
      • Managing the company hotline from intake to closure including reviewing, updating, and resolving reports received;
      • Conducting, and/or supervising outside service providers in conducting confidential investigations of issues including anti-corruption, protection of confidential information, misuse of company assets, conflicts of interest, employment issues, etc.; and
      • Managing remediation efforts including resulting employment actions from investigations as necessary.

    • Support management of Global Ethics and Compliance Program, including training initiatives, policy oversight and development, and communications including:
      • Regular review of Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) and revising, as appropriate;
      • Drafting and managing the annual Code employee affirmation process;
      • Drafting, updating, implementing and communicating compliance policies;
      • Creating and conducting compliance and anti-bribery training; and
      • Supporting management of the Company’s Global Compliance Committee and coordinating training and communications efforts.

    Required Skills:

    • Superior interpersonal skills and judgment are essential
    • Ability to manage fast-paced workload and add value to multiple projects simultaneously
    • Self-starter who demonstrates project ownership and enjoys working across departments
    • Ability to travel internationally on frequent basis, as required
    • Understanding of multiple languages a plus
    • Experience in employment law a plus



    Required Experience:

    • 7-10 years of significant international experience in legal compliance field
    • Degree from a reputable Law University. Additional degrees are a plus.
    • Experience counseling clients on anti-corruption and compliance in international matters
    • Experience creating and conducting training modules and formulating policies
