As part of WPS, the department Enterprise Automation is responsible for developing and maintaining our enterprise software solutions, working closely with our internal customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
What do you do as an ERP Business Analyst?
You participate in projects to improve our processes and ERP landscape (Unit4 Business World, AFAS Profit, Cornerstone, and others);
You will translate questions and wishes into suitable solutions that you will implement within our ERP landscape and organization;
You are part of a fun, enthusiastic and keen international team of ERP specialists that will guide and train you in different areas and different aspects;
Depending on matching organization demand with your interests and competencies, you will become an expert in specific areas.
What you bring to us
You want to work in an international environment, and are eager to fulfil the role outlined above. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
You have 2+ years of relevant experience;
Curious and proactive. You are flexible and like complex situations;
Your problem-solving and analytical skills are excellent. You have a structured way of working and are striving for improvements continuously;
You are self-organizing and take ownership of your work and the applications and challenges you are responsible for;
You are curious to see how things work and drive to see how it can be done better;
You have strong communication skills and fluent knowledge of the English language;
A bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent;
Preferably you have experience or knowledge working in Agile/Scrum/DevOps teams;
Experience with Unit4 Business World is considered desirable
