As an Enterprise Data Steward you are responsible for bridging the data management strategic team and operational data team related to asset data. You will harmonise the operational asset data management processes of several departments into a corporate operational asset data process management. You are connected with the relevant Stakeholders in the Business to engage them and establish the modelling of the corporate operation asset data processes. You will also be responsible for setting up sub processes with respect to hand-over between the asset data chain from Asset Management Technology, Grid Field Operations and System Operations. Also to see whether the strategic requirements can be executed by the operation in a harmonized and standardized way. You will engage with different teams with respect towards which data and documentation requirements which will be needed to ensure during the execution project. As well as discussing with the operational teams about the lessons learned with respect to data and documentation requirements that need to improve the current practices to a future proof harmonized way of working. As Enterprise Data Steward it is important to have a helicopter view and be a good spokesperson for the Asset Data Management department.
Your activities will be:
Impact assessment on changed/new strategic policies for business requirements with respect to the asset data domain processes
Translating strategic policies to business requirements with respect to the asset data domain processes
Inform stakeholders of the AMT-DM business asset data management processes
Bridge the gap between the data strategic team and the data operational teams with respect to strategy policies and business asset data processes.
Leading change initiatives with respect to the business asset data processes
The topics where you will be involved in are BIM and digitalisation
Professional and intellectual capacities at the academic/master education level in electrical engineering or comparable
Able to interpret complex structures and convert them into easy-to-understand documents.
Experience with agile working;
Guiding Workshops and connecting with Stakeholders is natural for you;
Personal responsibility and flexibility with regard to new topics round off your profile.
You have a can-do mentality, you work towards clear deliverables within the agreed deadline
Excellent communication skills in English, in addition communication skills in Dutch and/or German are preferred
