English/German ~ Enterprise Software LDR - REMOTE HOME BASED EUROPE
A position exists within our small, friendly and highly successful European, home-based based LDR team for a Bilingual English & German candidate with at least 2 years experience in an Enterprise Software Telemarketing/Lead Development role.
Whether you typically work from home or have been forced to, as a result of Covid-19 and would like to continue doing so, this work may suit you. The role requires a commitment to at least 100 hours/month and the successful candidate will need to reside in a GMT +/-1 time zone.
In addition to the advertised position, there is an opportunity to become more involved with the business from a commission-based, business development standpoint.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
Bilingual English & German
1-2 years of Enterprise Software LDR experience is ESSENTIAL
Ability and discipline to work in a remote environment. Will need to be reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking with keen attention to detail.
Be articulate both verbally and in writing and have the confidence to engage with C Level targets.
Be able to manage a call schedule and keep accurate and clean audits, of conversations/communications with prospects, within our customer CRM systems.
Be able and keen to work and thrive as part of a disparate team of co-workers.
Knowledge/familiarity with Java and the Java environment a definite advantage.
Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Drive, LinkedIn & Salesforce.com. ESSENTIAL. Other CRM & marketing tools experience, an advantage.
Successful Candidate must:
Have adequate and quiet remote office facilities, as well as up to date business equipment together with strong VOIP communications connectivity /capability.
Be reliable and hard working.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To identify and engage with C level and other relevant targets verbally and through email & LinkedIn.
To use good communication and listening skills to ascertain and qualify Prospect suitability for our Client's solutions and identify business drivers/strategies, existing technologies, time to run on contracts and any other intelligence that will be useful to our Client.
To deliver the benefits of our Client's solutions in line with prospect needs and secure well-qualified appointments for our Client's Business Development Directors/Technical Team.
To, at all times, keep a clear and concise audit trail in our Client CRM system (usually Salesforce.com) of all communications, actions carried out & follow-ups required, with Client prospects.
To be able to think intelligently and creatively and to plan and execute an ongoing prospecting strategy aimed at prospect relationship building and pipeline management.
Attend weekly remote client meetings as required.
