    Job Description

    In this role, you will

    Build End2End capabilities covering Idea to Market, Market to Order and Order to Cash and enabling domains for all Businesses and Markets by end of 2022 to decouple our product offerings from the multiple variants required to meet local market regulatory requirements. The majority of the work will take place in the industrial and commercial SAP kernels but will require adaptations in many upstream and downstream applications and data flows.

    You are responsible for

    • Defining and set up a portfolio of projects across the businesses, markets and PIL applications to deliver the required End2End capabilities.
    • Working within a consortium of external companies (other medical device manufacturers) and SAP to develop a global standard to meet the Charter requirements.
    • Working with the End2 End Business Process Owners, SMEs and BPEs to map out and define the approved set of solution variants to be included in the Program Scope.
    • Design, Build, Test and Deploy; Partnering with the BPO/BPEs, EIM, Architecture, IT, Q&R, Business & Market SMEs, Integrated Supply Chain, PIO Programs, SAP and the consortium define the full End2End architecture, processes and data models for all approved solution variants.
    • Define the coordinated plans and roadmaps and drive the associated portfolio execution, including management of risks and issues via the standard PIO ways of working.
    • Set up the governance and program structure and lead regular reviews to track and manage progress in a coordinated fashion across the contributing Programs.
    • Report out Program progress at senior levels (up to Exco level) via the Steerco and other interested parties.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading sophisticated and business critical programs
    • Knowledge of project management methods used in Philips (e.g. SIM / SAFe) and of estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the relevant functions / subject areas
    • Proven track record in executing multiple IT Projects in parallel successfully. Preferably programs with significant regulatory requirements / general compliance knowledge
    • MSc certified or higher
    • PMP certified
    • Eye For Business and financial management
    • Project/Program Portfolio Management Experience
    • Considerable experience in leading diverse and remote teams across the globe
    • Working with and leading Vendor contracts e.g. SAP AG
