    EMEA Strategic Channel/Partner Marketing Manager

    This is a key strategic EMEA role to lead, develop and implement the strategic channel/partner go to market and marketing plan across EMEA where there are different stages of maturity per region and country, which also determines the local/regional strategy. The focus will be GSIs, regional partners, service providers, and technology alliance partners.

    Responsibilities:
    • Function as a player/coach, setting the EMEA partner marketing agenda, owning the marketing relationships with GSI’s and co-owning regional partner relationships with FMMs, planning, execution, performance for national channel partners and channel marketing relationships with OutSystems EMEA GSI’s and key alliances.
    • Identify and execute the most productive partner demand generation campaigns and programs to conduct with GSI’s, Key alliance and regional partners.
    • Work with global channel marketing team to align on annual events for partners & regular communication to partners locally with updates and enablement.
    • Build and manage the strategy and programs for partner recruitment, onboarding and funding.
    • Work with Field Marketing Director and Regional Field Marketing, Geo Sales and RCM, Campaigns Team, and Marketing Operations teams to develop a marketing strategy and planning roadmap of demand generation programs that align to OutSystems business goals.
    • Ability to interact with GSIs both at regional and EMEA level. Familiar with top consultancies companies, top SIs processes and able to execute marketing plans with companies of the calibre of Deloitte Consulting, Tata consulting, KPMG, Capita, Fujitsu, etc
    • Develop integrated partner-led demand generation programs with regional/national partners to drive net-new business. Leverage campaigns, digital marketing, and nurture strategies.
    • Work closely with marketing counterparts/divisions at OutSystems partners to strategically map campaigns and programs for effective execution with national and territory focus partners.
    • Ensure the partner’s programs are effective, using channel marketing budget on programs that drive partner growth and mutual pipeline for OutSystems and EMEA partners.
    • Maintain focus on metric analysis and attribution, efficacy of investment and ease of implementation for channel partners.



    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
