    Who are we looking for?
    We are looking for a results-oriented, Regional Sourcing Manager for Contingent Workforce and Technology Services who will assume responsibility for the development and implementation of holistic sourcing strategies covering $200M in spend across EMEA. This role has specific focus on business partnership with our HR / Talent Acquisition, Technology and Legal teams. This position will report directly to the EMEA Technology & Services Procurement Director and have strong linkage with Global Procurement counterparts.

    What will you work on?
    You will be responsible for partnering with Senior leaders and Global Procurement colleagues to manage on-going partner relationships and identify and establish new partnership relationships that support Nike, Inc. strategies.

    Primary scope of category management includes:
    • Implementation of a global Contingent Workforce Program across EMEA which enables:
    • Global labor compliance & oversight
    • Resource optimization;
    • Diversity & inclusion;
    • Digital tools;
    • Strong data & reporting
    • Develop & implement a holistic sourcing strategy for Technology Contingent Workforce optimization that delivers:
    o Supply base aligned to evolving capability needs
    o Speed;
    o Innovation;
    o Capacity for Growth;
    o Risk mitigation; and
    o Increased connection with the consumer.
    • Collaborate with Nike Business teams to build consensus and alignment for the implementation of sourcing strategy.
    • Deploy sourcing strategies using the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process which includes: stage gates, spend analysis, requirements planning, risk management, market insights
    • Analysis, strategy development, competitive bidding (RFP and RFQ), supplier negotiations, supplier selection, contracting, supplier management, value creation methodology, performance management, and proficiency with eSourcing tools.
    • Identify key stakeholders, collaborate, provide subject matter expertise and appropriately influence across Nike. Inc.
    • Plan/ develop and execute geography specific annual plan in aligned with business stakeholders and Global Procurement counterparts.
    • Be responsible for the timely execution of strategic sourcing projects and achievement of strategic sourcing targets and reporting.
    • Lead, Coach, Drive & Inspire junior talent pipeline, with direct line management of resources in our internship program.
    What you bring to Nike:
    • At least 5 years Procurement experience and 3 years of related experience that demonstrates a strong subject matter expertise in Contingent workforce management, and IT Outsourcing.
    • Strong project management experience inclusive of developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results
    • Experience operating in a global-geo/regional model; ability to influence and build rapport with team members and at all levels in the organization.
    • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
    • Superior negotiation, communication and story-telling skills.
    • An autonomous, highly accountable self-starter who thrives in a matrix environment.
    • Demonstrated track-record of delivering business results cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and make an impact in a rapid paced Procurement Organization.
    • Experience with e-Sourcing tools, SRM, e-RFx, e-Auctions, Contract Management.
    • Clean-sheet modeling and negotiation methodology.
    • TCO approach to spend management (Supply, Demand and Process management).
    • CPM, CIPS or internationally accredited procurement qualification is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred educational discipline within Business, Finance or Procurement) MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
