    EMEA Customer Relationship Manger

    With a BeNeLux focus, we are looking for a people-oriented Customer Relationship Manager, based in the Netherlands, in the Breda area! This role is a one year, temporary assignment!

    As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) @Vertiv, you will ,anage assigned accounts with Key Deliverables addressed within each Account Implementation Plan, and act as the Single Point of Contact on behalf of Vertiv Services. You will function as a Customer advocate and interface between all departments, with specific responsibility within a major account to manage the ongoing EFC installation as well as all other equipments on contract on site in Amsterdam.

    Your main duties will include:

    • Manage a select list of “Essential” or “Preferred” customer accounts.
    • Develop and maintain Account Plans to achieve both long and short-term objectives within assigned accounts.
    • Present value-oriented, Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned customer accounts.
    • Make periodic visits to assigned accounts to grow customer relationship and monitor service performance.
    • Partner with LS Sales to assist in renewal capture and time and material opportunities.
    • Develop and grow relationships with sales, service, sourcing, logistics and other key internal partners essential to the support of your assigned accounts.
    • Own the resolution for all emergency service calls for assigned accounts.
    • Follow up on MRSI surveys for assigned accounts.
    • Manage account KPI’s to ensure both customer and department performance metrics are met.
    • Ensure PM and FCN completion on all assigned accounts.
    • Responsibility within the Edgeconnex account to manage the ongoing EFC installation as well as all other equipments on contract on site in Amsterdam.

    In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

    Background:

    • Bachelors degree required.
    • 3+ years experience of client-facing activities.
    • PC Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    Skills & Abilities:

    • Analytical skills required.
    • Excellent problem-solving ability and critical conversation skill set.
    • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Ability to work in a matrix management environment.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
    • The ability and willingness to communicate at all levels within an organization.
    • A high degree of creative ability and independent judgment.
    • The ability to think and act strategically, utilizing account plans to set specific account objectives.

    • Service Industry Experience
    • Knowledge of UPS/Power/HVAC Products
    • Understanding of critical space environments, service products, and clients
    • Understanding of Fortune 100 companies purchasing and decision-making processes
