EMEA channel contracts business support specialist (maternity cover)
The EMEA channel contracts business support specialist works from the European HQ (Eindhoven) for the Sales Operations department.
The main activities will be channel contract management and support of the VP in daily activities. The EMEA channel contracts business support specialist mainly interacts with 80-90 people in the Sales Operations team.
Primary Function / Major Responsibility
Contract Management for all EMEA distribution partners
Setting up new distributors – opening new contracts and signing process
Changing discount addendums
Arrange Manufacturer Authorization Letters and Partnership Certificates
Annual Compliance actions with Distributors
Terminating contracts and signing process
Run and improve current processes which are in place (for instance for internal Contract Management database)
Support EMEA Sales Ops team in daily business (VP Sales Ops/Inside Sales/Channel Support)
Extensive liaison with other people in the company who are involved with project coordination, contracts, compliance, logistics, finance and suppliers.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree in Office Management/Project Management
At least 5 years work experience in an international Sales and/or Marketing organization
Job skills required
Living in the Eindhoven area
Required language skills: Dutch, English and preferable German and/or French and/or Spanish
Required computer skills: Microsoft Office (in particular Excel – advanced user and Word)
Active Listener
Strong coordinator/bridge-builder between Sales Ops management, Sales Ops team and other teams
Very well organized and works in a structured way
Process orientation, set up (new) processes and works according these processes
Prefers to work in a multi-cultural and multiple language team
