    EDI Coordinator

    Job Description:
    We are searching for an enthusiast EDI Coordinator to join our team at Applied Medical. In this role, you will support with coordinating, implementing, and maintaining the setup of new and existing EDI connections between Applied Medical and its European customers.

    You are based in our offices in Amersfoort, report to the EDI Team lead in Amersfoort and work closely with the EDI team in the US. You will work closely with key stakeholders like Customer Service, Tends, Master Data and Credit Management teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Maintain and support existing EDI projects
    • Maintain External vendor portals when and where necessary
    • Coordinate the implementations, maintenance, and monitoring of new and existing trading partners, transaction sets, and communication methods
    • Support EDI key stakeholders - internal customers: such as Customer service, Master data Finance etc.
    • Support and align with internal teams while planning onboarding of projects
    • Ensure the fulfilment of the operational processes within the EDI communications
    • Work closely with the development team to drive forward the EDI capabilities and improvements
    • Work closely with cross functional teams in relation to inter dependency
    • Liaise with different departments to answer EDI related questions
    • Resolve errors generated during the EDI document flow
    • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent working experience
    • Hands on Experience with SAP ERP systems
    • Understanding of B2B business and EDI Solutions and prototypes
    • Experience in a customer facing role is strongly preferred
    • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Other European languages (Spanish, Italian) is a plus
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to communicate technical data in user friendly manner
