    Foot Locker is seeking a Coordinator, eCommerce (Supply Chain) who will coordinate the distribution flows of all eCommerce orders. He/she follows up on eCommerce Purchase Orders during the inbound process, communication between Warehouse Operations, the eCommerce Team (Headquarters), Planning (Headquarters) and Logistics Planning. The Coordinator, eCommerce will be the main communication contact for all distribution related activities with carriers, European Headquarters, Warehouse Operations and Teleperformance Portugal. #LI-JR1

    • Follow up on all eCommerce Purchase Orders (PO)
    • Day to day contact with carriers, outsourced customer service department in portugal and the customer service eCommerce department at the European Headquarters and Logistics Operations
    • Handling eCommerce related claims
    • Create monthly reports analysing the eCommerce business and suggest and implement changes as agreed upon, including KPI’s
    • Track & Trace eCommerce orders, including BOSS (Buy Online Ship from Store) and follow up on dispute shipments
    • Supports in analyses of eCommerce flows to our end customers
    • Create accurate forecast (Volume and Financial) related to eCommerce
    • Follow up with carriers regarding claims and escalations
    • Coordinate for special actions (like VIP) and product launches extra equipment with our forwarders
    • Coordinate Returns with carriers and warehouse operations
    • Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
    • Participates in projects related to eCommerce distribution
    • Supports Supply Chain Management
    • Initiates and implements process improvements regarding multi-channel distribution


    • Certification/Bachelor degree (finished apprenticeship/academic level)
    • Prior experience in logistics and transportation, preferable in eCommerce
    • Previous planning experience in a distribution and/or warehouse environment preferred
    • Strong eye for detail and experience with databases and reporting
    • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, workload and tasks
    • Clear and effective communication skills with diverse audience, from management to operations
    • Proactive, team player, coordinates activities with others in an engaging way / no silo mentality
    • Fluent in English, verbal and written. Good understanding of Dutch or interest to develop your Dutch language skills.
    • Other EU languages such as German, French or Italian would be a plus
