    Reporting to : Talent Advisor Manager


    As a Talent Partner – Early Careers & Projects, you own and drive big ad-hoc and reoccurring “projects” like Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) recruitment, internships onboarding and conversion, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in recruitment, and technology or process implementations and improvements. This role makes impact on big scale recruitment projects, through delivering great project management with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience whilst translating the talent agenda to impactful hiring. As strategic partner on Early Careers, this role is a linking ping with the UFLP onboarding and learning roadmap. This role works closely with the Employer Branding and Internship recruitment colleagues on attracting the right talent for our Early Career Programs and building key employee moments.

    This Talent Partner role also does internal talent partnering for a smaller portfolio, where you are the trusted talent partner for the business and HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support, advise, and challenge on talent topics to deliver great quality service to hiring managers, drive excellence and more human candidate experiences.


    • Coordinate the UFLP recruitment process during the whole cycling. Gathering the forecast, planning assessment centers, communicating with candidates and HRBP’s;

    • Drive employee experience for key talent groups; interns & UFLP by owning the internship lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and work closely with HRBP team on UFLP onboarding and learning roadmap.

    • Be the D&I Talent partner to support our D&I ambition by impactful initiatives related to attraction and selection.

    • Be the data guru for the team – driving a more data-driven recruitment function: provide and analyze data on key recruitment / talent metrics and utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements and drive upskilling/adoption.

    • Implementation of process improvement initiatives and new technology / way of working;

    • Be the expert on the internal talent market for your portfolio and advise the business teams on trends and opportunities;

    • You will drive the Talent Agenda, in cooperation with the HRBP, with a focus on demand planning discussions and forecasts, facilitating impactful Development People Forums and UFLP rotations, build internal talent pipelines / succession planning and understand function specific talent needs;

    • Define, execute and creatively re-think the Talent strategy in order to provide and develop diverse internal (and external) Talent pipelines for short term and long-term business needs;

    • Manage Internal vacancy portfolio process end-to-end, both proactive and reactive and partner with the Hiring Manager and People Experience Lead (entry level / manager / executive roles)

    • Driving flex experiences and alternate channels of hiring for the function.

    • Networking to build, manage and maintain the internal talent pipeline of future fit talent.

    • Work towards set KPIs: accountable for new recruitment technology adoption, speed, costs and superior Hiring Manager & Candidate experience

    • Drive Employer Branding activities and campaigns in functional area;

    • Lead local functional specific projects (i.e. Diversity Partnerships, Digital Recruitment, Volume Recruitment, Social Mission related projects);

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in HR / Business / Marketing / Economics or related field.

    • Minimum of 2-3 years demonstrated experience is required in end-to-end Recruitment, preferably at a corporate, global business in FMCG / (Online) Retailers.

    • Fluency in English and Dutch

    • Excellent project management skills

    • Ability to work structured and attention to details

    • Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore), Digital screening / sourcing tools (HireVue) and Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)

    • Deep business acumen with a passion for high performance

    • Agility in a dynamic and ever-changing Talent landscape and business and able and comfortable with maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines in a demanding environment

    • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, both on an operational and strategic level.

    • Preferably experience and knowledge of international recruitment & procedures.
