    Main Job Purpose:

    The main purpose of the job is to business partner the Category stakeholders in the Beauty and Personal Care space in order to deliver UL/UI Top and Bottom line strategy. Supply Chain knowledge and expertise within the BPC category is ideal to ensure sustainable growth and future proof supply via SC readiness in UI EU aligned with the Category Strategies. The following are some of the focus areas: robust BP, RCCP, LTCP & DSR flow, DSR (Demand Supply reconciliation), Inventory (Obsoletes, Residuals, Remnants & proactive avoidance especially on the RPM area), Service, Innovations, Savings etc.

    Speed is of essence, so a good understanding of the end to end supply chain is necessary, including imports/exports and relevant EU regulations.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Supply Chain Business Partner to the Category Stakeholders in Europe and UI. Deliver the aligned strategy and safeguard communication flow amongst all parties involved Set the strategy and WoW across the Plan/Source/Make/Delivery pillars, for all agreed projects. Support the delivery of a Sourcing Analysis, by implementing local capabilities, working closely with Strategic Planning and Finance. Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to deliver the agreed plans. Manage communication with all key project stakeholders in the region and overseas within Unilever International and UEBV. Coordinate required inputs to deliver the BPC and UL strategies and targets. Working closely with the Procurement, Planning, Engineering and Finance teams.

    Professional Skills:

    Broad supply chain exposure and collaborative behavioral competencies. Finance and business acumen for supply chain. Experience of running SC network design projects & Savings projects Experience leading and working with virtual teams. Communication, Teamwork and Influencing Others skills. Analytical, Organized and ability to hold people accountable. Working knowledge of how manufacturing works, including 3PM Procurement management. Experience managing imports/exports operations.

    Experience Required:

    Essential: +5 years experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics) or in R&D with experience on new product development. Proven ability to work in multi functional/ multi cultural teams.
