    Job Description

    In this role, you have the opportunity to drive the optimization and adoption of the Source to pay processes.

    You are responsible for

    • Owning the standard process of one or more channels and sub-processes in the Source to Pay scope. In this case with a focus on intercompany, expenses and the internal controls in the source to pay process.
    • Together with a team of business process experts define and monitor End-to-End process adherence and compliance to the standard process template
    • Drive improvement of the standards in these channels and sub-processes inline with the overall vision.
    • Ensure improvement roadmaps/programs are aligned with key stakeholders in the functions (supply chain/procurement/finance) as well as with GBS.
    • Execute the roadmaps/programs with the team of BPE’s in time and within budget
    • Managing periodic process audits. Identifying issues and root causes; addressing them with responsible managers.
    • Developing and guiding an international team of Business Process Experts (BPE).
    • Supporting cross functional End2End transformation teams with adoption of best practices, understanding of business requirements and opportunities for improvement and elimination of unrewarded complexity.
    • Decide on change requests for changes in applications, while IT specialists take care of the technical design and build.

    You are a part of our Source to Pay business process expert team collaborating closely with the procurement, supply chain and finance function as well as the GBS organization.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience including experience with process optimization.
    • Proven track record in managing the implementation of complex programs/projects in an international matrix setting.
    • Having broad expertise within Intercompany and Source to Pay with a strong focus on internal controls
    • Strong change management mindset and capabilities with strong analytical skills.
    • Strong communicator with effective influencing skill in a matrix setting.
    • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma will be a strong asset.
    • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).
    • Strong SAP knowledge operationally and preferably technically.
    • Results oriented and able to energize others
    • People manager with a proactive attitude and a passion to learn
