    Job Description

    As a Global Content & Campaign Specialist you will be responsible for developing the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) content strategy within existing creative concepts. Manage execution and implementation that drives Tassimo's global online presence necessary to develop further into an premium and successful brand in the digital e-commerce world.
    Role encompasses envisioning innovative, creative ideas and solutions to manage and build consistent SEO optimized assets and strategy across ecommerce markets. These assets are developed on brief, according to brand guidelines, with the right selection of suppliers, in time according to planning, and with the ownership of all content and CRM content budget administration and monitoring. It’s within the roles responsibility to analyze, evaluate and recommend improvements on the digital content of the consumer journey on all DTC Tassimo websites. The role includes both day to day management of updates of content as well as managing responsibilities of KPI tracking.
    This entails continuous aligning with the (digital) global brand managers and the regional communications managers in the creation, development and execution of all creative assets.

    As E-Commerce Global Content & Campaign Specialist at JDE, you will be responsible for:
    • Executing content related requests from different stakeholders (local, global and DTC)
    • Developing the content strategy and achieving related targets in the roadmap
    • Setting up a content dashboard, monitor this and act on the developments coming from this data
    • Making sure the content and its strategy is contributing to the DTC KPIs
    • Monitoring and staying within budget
    • Aligning DTC content activities with the Global Brand strategy
    • Creating efficiencies between departments (local markets and brand teams)
    • Being responsible for all agency communication and deliverables

    For this role as a E-Commerce Global Content & Campaign Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
    • 3+ year digital experience with a proven track record in managing digital content production.
    • Experience in online content development and impact against KPIs and the consumer journey.
    • Proven ability to successfully manage and track projects to support business performance.
    • Able to manage external vendors and internal teams to deliver the best output with agreed budgets.
    • Manage all stakeholders ensuring everyone is up to date and inline with the roadmap and expected deliverables.
    • Solid knowledge of media and website analytics tools preferably Google Analytics.
    • The ability to speak and write English on a professional level
    • A creative mind
    • Excellent communication, strategic & analytical skills
    • High focus on detail and delivery on specifications and within given timeline
    • Experience from agile team set-up
