    Within BESTSELLER Technology, the Discovery team is tasked with pursuing unchartered waters, building the future of e-Commerce that is headless and agnostic, offering our brands the freedom to create digital product and brand experiences that are unique, inspiring and technically advanced.

    We are currently looking for an Intern with a keen interest in Software Engineering and Business Processes, equipped with a strong growth mindset who is extremely eager to learn and develop themselves.

    The ideal candidate should have at least some exposure to software engineering – either as part of their degree or as a hobby where they know some foundations of coding and could potentially apply that in a given scenario. This Intern will be responsible for helping us with technical support - such as triaging and executing incoming change requests (in particular specific to Shopify), doing technical analysis as well as helping us with some documentation.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Following the technical support board:
      • Issues with orders, refunds.
    • Understanding and tackling small things/requests.
      • Triage/analysis of Shopify/digging into documentation.
    • Liaison for the team
