    E-Commerce Data Analyst

    The opportunity where you will make an impact:

    As our E-Commerce Data Analyst, you will lead the way for Body&Fit in creating commercial insights and conduct in-depth analysis about the digital website and customer experience journey. With your strong analytical capabilities you will provide a deeper understanding of our consumer that aims at reducing the information gaps about the consumer’s journey.

    Full-time · Amsterdam, The Netherlands

    • Create commercial insights and reporting related to all aspects of the consumer journey and website effectiveness (including product performance, site usability, marketing and sales), using GA web analytics data and A/B testing results
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to fill information gaps about the customer experience journey using a variety of sources, from primary and secondary research to competitive insights and in-house data analytics, as appropriate
    • Use statistical analysis as appropriate for segmentation, deep dives on audiences, etc
    • Generate reports based on the analysis and present it in stakeholder meetings
    • Work with wider business teams to transition key insights into self-service dashboards for use by the business
    • Develop and lead a consumer insights project board delivering key projects
    • Lead, manage and own external relationships with insight research providers
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to analyse, identify and communicate reasons for changing traffic behaviour and make recommendations for optimisation
    • Create measurement plans for the digital conversion funnel: mapping customer behaviour by segment, defining metrics and setting optimisation goals and sharing actionable insights to the relevant teams
    • Identify potential to improve analytical processes by reviewing and identifying gaps in Google Analytics tagging
    • Use available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot tracking and measurement issues

    What you will bring to Body & Fit:

    • A strong background in Mathemetics or Statistics
    • Experience in CX measurement principles and techniques (including the use of NPS metric)
    • Proven track record of using insights that feed strategic decisions
    • Experience of working within an e-commerce business
    • Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Big Query, Tableau and related tools for data analysis
    • Knowledge in data science methodologies would be advantageous
    • Basic understanding of web principles such as accessibility, SEO, Iframes, URL etc
    • Proactive in solving problems and naturally inquisitive with a creative mindset
    • Fluency in English
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivering against tight deadlines
