The JDE Global eCommerce Team is a young but experienced team of digital & eCommerce experts. We are responsible for developing the global eCommerce activities and online experience for JDE Brands and work in close alignment with local markets and other global departments. Working with the JDE Global eCommerce Team means you’ll be making an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment. We work in a full agile setup, celebrating success and supporting one another.
The Technology Team works shoulder to shoulder with the Product Owners to define and deliver the development roadmap for our Webshops with features such as subscriptions, ultimate shopping experience, and self-service solutions for customers. The team partners with the Architects and Development partners and has the accountability over the full Ecommerce Digital landscape including Magento Ecommerce and manages development and partners.
As Business Analyst you will report to the Head of Products, be working in the LOR Scrum Team and your core responsibilities will be:
Link between Business, Development and IT
Identify and understand your Product Owner and his requirements
Understanding of the Digital/IT landscape, think like a developer and know how to translate in IT Solution
Maintain and prioritize product backlog with Product Owner, and together with Architect and Development Team deliver new functionality and changes in Agile way of working.
Identify business requests and translate the business requirements into epics and user stories
Initiate based on processes assessment/analysis pro-active improvements and innovations in our shops
Refine user stories with Architects and Dev Teams (they focus on Technical Solution Design, you safeguard the Business Objective)
Participate and Evaluate all scenarios from Stakeholders and Select with Architects and Business PO final design
Set Acceptance Criteria and Review Test Plan of Dev Partner
Create test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
Initiate, Document, and Maintain the Processes
Secure stability of landscape and quality of data

For this role as Business Analyst, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
A strong product instinct and a proven track record of continuous optimization
2+ years’ experience with Agile Way of Working, preferably certified Product Owner
3+ years of experience in eCommerce platform with a pre for Magento
5+ years of relevant eCommerce and/or online Service experience, both strategic and hands-on
Excellent communication skills in English
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership or support when needed
Comfortable working in an agile working environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
