As a DCO Strategist you are part of the DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) team where you deliver a crucial contribution to setting-up the best-in-class DCO campaigns together with your clients. You need to be able to do the following things:
Be the point of contact for strategy of our clients
Set-up the overall DCO strategy and align with different parties involved
Ensuring client happiness
Creating messaging matrices
Create briefings for the creative agencies
Map out customer journeys for different target audiences
3+ years of experience in creative strategy
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Experience with setting-up complex strategies
Experience with setting-up a messaging matrix
Preferable: knowledge of DCO (not mandatory)

DCO is a craft where you really need to understand the brand, but also the wishes of the consumer. What do they need at what moment? It’s your job to make sure that the campaigns we run are breathing to brand, but are as personal as possible. You make sure we can address multiple target groups at scale. We have a dedicated agile mindset: the digital advertising market is dynamic and fast-growing; it is not easy to plan too far ahead. We work with sprints of one week.
